Baked Chicken Wings with Roasted Garlic Flavour
A game day pleaser!
Ingredients:
* 2 lbs chicken wings
* 2 tbsps Roasted Garlic Buttery Compound
* pinch of sea salt & black pepper
For Glaze:
* 5 tbsps Roasted Garlic Buttery Compound
* 1 tbsp all purpose flour
Directions:
* preheat oven to 400 degrees
* melt 2 tbsps Roasted Garlic Buttery Compound in sauce pan
* pat wings dry, place in mixing bowl, add melted butter, salt, pepper – toss to combine
* place wings on a rack over lined baking sheet
* bake for 20 minutes, turn wings over, bake an additional 20 minutes
Meanwhile make the glaze:
* melt 5 tbsps of Roasted Garlic Buttery Compound in sauce pan on medium-low heat
* whisk in 1 tbsp of flour – continue whisking for 3 minutes – remove from heat – keep warm
* transfer cooked wings to a mixing bowl – add glaze mixture – toss to coat all wings
* return wings to the rack/sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes
